This is the extremely glamorous India. She was booked in for her very 1st professional makeover as she was going to be a very essential and special guest at her parent's wedding.

This is a record of her day at Dinky's

She arrived in a flurry of fun and fur. I am sure she knew something exciting was about to happen, but I do not think she had a beauty session in mind. My job was to defluff her and make her look slimmer, as she had mischievously just raided a LOCKED fridge 3 days before......hard to imagine that such an innocent looking baby could be so utterly naughty lol (must admit I was rather impressed with her intelligence, but relieved that she has not taught my shepherd mix to do the same trick ha ha). India loved the table and took great delight in showing how she used to do agility, by jumping off and on my table every few minutes. I think she was a little hurt that I was not continually enthralled by her athletic abilities, when I finally restrained her in a noose.

After a quick blast, ear check, nail check and comb through she was ready for the bath. Now if ever a dog should win an award for dramatic acting, it has to be India. Just look at these pictures

The things I do for mummy, this has to make up for emptying the fridge now!

India was amazing to dry, her fur flew everywhere. She was extremely brave as the blaster can be a little scary on full power, but she needed this with such a thick coat. We then used the gentle dryer to straighten her fur, as she had a natural wavy kink.

After almost 90minutes brushing, she only needed a minor trim and a spritz of doggy perfume and she was once again looking neat, trim and just totally GORGEOUS.

Her mummy has promised to send some pictures of her at the wedding. She is going to wear a red satin lined with roses, handmade collar. Bet she stole the show.

When I asked India if she wanted to book her Christmas makeover she just said

TALK TO THE TAIL
